Standard machines and robot cells
Our standard range is built on three product families: modular machine platforms, laser cells and robot cells. We adapt the common technical basis to the workpiece, the process operation and the part handling. By selecting the appropriate product family, we define the required machine design and the product-specific accessories.

Using standardised machine units can reduce the need for redesign, so development can focus on holding, moving and inspecting the product and on the process itself. The modular machine platform can be configured as a standalone workstation or as inline equipment integrated into a production line. The extent to which individual modules can later be converted depends on the product size, the process, the working area and the safety requirements.
The control concept is based on a modular program structure, parameterisable processes and uniform interfaces. A web-based user interface, recipe management and production data acquisition can also be designed for the task. We adapt the control hardware and communication to the requirements of the site. Based on the product data, the description of the operation and the required production cycle time, we agree on the appropriate machine variant and the necessary accessories.
Our standard product families
Modular standard machines
A platform built on a common machine frame, guarding and control basis, in a standalone or inline configuration. We fit a process module and a product-specific fixture to the task, for example for dispensing, screwdriving, assembly, labelling or optical inspection. The required motions can be performed by a three-axis servo system or a six-axis robot.
Standard laser cells
A separate product family for laser operations, with several types of marking station. For the marking task we select a fiber, UV, hybrid or CO₂ laser solution. We adapt the machine design to the workpiece characteristics, the laser operation and the requirements for integration into production.
Standard robot cells
Our robot-based standard solutions include a collaborative palletiser and the Smart Welding Mate welding station. We adapt product handling and the process to the production task. Solomon 2D/3D machine vision systems can also be integrated for bin picking and quality inspection applications.
