Automated production lines
With automated production lines we link several production and assembly operations in a single, transparent system. We tune every element of the process — from part feeding and handling through assembly, inspection and testing to finished-product handling — to the specific production task. We develop complex automation solutions for companies that want to increase their production capacity, reduce the share of manual operations, or create more predictable and better controlled processes.

An automated production line works efficiently when the individual machines and stations operate not as separate units but as a coordinated system. Accordingly, when designing a production line we examine not only the individual operations but the entire process: how the part arrives, how it travels along the line, where assembly and inspection take place, and how the finished product leaves the system.
We tailor the solutions to the product design, the production volume, the required cycle time and the quality requirements. The system may include automatic feeding, positioning, assembly, robotic operations, camera-based inspection, functional testing, marking, data collection and finished-product handling.
We handle the entire project in-house, from the initial technical consultation through concept design and construction to testing, installation and commissioning. This ensures that the individual machine units, controls and processes are designed to fit together.
Main elements of an automated production line
Automated workflows
We make repetitive production, assembly and handling tasks more accurate and efficient with automated processes developed for the specific product.
Robotic assembly
We use industrial robots to automate the picking, positioning, joining and transfer of parts.
Automatic part and product flow
Conveyors, lift units, transfer stations and workpiece carriers ensure automatic material flow.
In-process quality inspection
Camera systems and sensors check the presence, position, dimensions and assembly state of the parts.
End-of-line testing (EOLT)
Automatic EOL tests verify the function and technical characteristics of the finished products. The results can be recorded and retrieved.
Automated packaging
We automate the feeding, grouping, boxing, labelling and palletising of finished products.
