We support production with robotic welding cells, welding fixtures and special welding equipment. We define the appropriate process and machine design based on the workpiece, the quality requirements and the production task. In our solutions, the welding process, workpiece clamping and part handling are designed to work together.

We design and build automated equipment for different welding processes. Preliminary process trials can support the development of the machine concept, so that the solution is matched to the workpiece and the required weld quality. Together with the customer we select the appropriate design, taking into account workpiece clamping, robot access and integration into the production process.
The starting point for the technical discussion is the product drawing, the material data, the joint locations and the production requirements. On this basis we agree on the possible process, the fixturing and the machine layout, as well as the necessary scope of preliminary trials and joint testing.
Welding solutions
Robotic arc welding
We design and build robotic arc welding cells to suit the workpiece and the production process. We coordinate the robot path, the fixturing and the part handling so that the weld locations are accessible and the process can be performed repeatably.
Robotic spot welding
For robotic spot welding tasks, we design a solution adapted to the product geometry and the joint locations. We develop the process by coordinating the robot, the welding unit and the workpiece clamping.
Welding fixtures
The welding fixture ensures the correct position and clamping of the workpiece components during the operation. In the design we take into account access to the weld points, loading and unloading, and ease of operating the fixture.
Smart Welding Mate
Smart Welding Mate is a compact welding solution built around a robot arm and a welding table. Its suitability is agreed based on the workpiece, the welding task and the operating requirements. The technical details of the design shown are specified during the enquiry process.
Process services
We support the preparation of the welding task with process consultation and preliminary trials. Test pieces can be used to examine the suitability of the selected process and the quality of the joint. The scope of testing and the acceptance requirements are agreed based on the task.
Special-purpose machines and special processes
For special welding tasks, we develop the process and the machine layout together. The equipment can link product handling, clamping and the required operations in line with the production process.
