AutomotiveComplete automotive production linesTwo complete production lines with robotic assembly and MES connectivity. We were also involved in product development; 30 weeks passed from order to project completion with trial operation and final handover.View reference

Food-related productionSpecial-purpose machine for assembling candy dispensersAssembly designed for a cycle time of 2.5 seconds per part, with in-machine spring making and ROBOMIND AI camera inspection. The spring-making modules can be undocked, supporting continued production while raw material is replenished.View reference

AutomotiveAutomated welding production line for an automotive plantA production line with two FANUC robots for resistance welding of nuts, bolts and threaded studs. Installation was scheduled to fit into the two weeks of the summer shutdown.View reference

Electronics manufacturingESD-protected robotic packaging cellTwo ABB robots place electronic products from the workpiece-carrier conveyor into blisters. The cell handles defective parts separately and is prepared to receive automated material handling.View reference

Electronics manufacturingCustom laser engraving machineWe adapted our standard laser station to a custom electronics manufacturing task. The machine uses a Keyence laser, a Beckhoff PLC and servo drives.View reference

PlasticsRobotic tending of an injection-moulding machineA FANUC robot performs part removal and insert placement. The cell also links electrical testing, laser marking and tray loading, with EUROMAP and MES communication.View reference

Metal parts manufacturingAdaptive robotic grinding cellGrinding of multiple product types to size with a KUKA robot, automatic tool change and force compensation. The design also allows measurement before and after machining. The robot can be programmed via offline CAM software.View reference

Electronics manufacturingUniversal robotic screwdriving cellSemi-automatic screwdriving cell with a DOBOT robot and a DEPRAG screwdriver. Torque, angle and position monitoring is complemented by MES communication.View reference

AssemblyComplex robotic assembly cellCompact assembly cell with an ABB robot, welding and orbital riveting. The project aimed at one-person operation of a five-person process, taking on-site transport constraints into account.View reference

AutomotiveUniversal leak testing machineSemi-automatic end-of-line test equipment for pressure testing of multiple automotive product types. The ATEQ testers are complemented by Siemens control and sensor-monitored reject handling.View reference

PlasticsAssembly, welding and inspection machineA machine linking six operations, with in-house developed hot-plate welding. Welding is followed by pressure testing, inkjet marking and final inspection.View reference

AutomotiveCamera-based EOL testerManually loaded end-of-line inspection station with a Keyence camera and a Siemens PLC. The system checks dimensions and product features and inspects for surface scratches.View reference

AutomotiveSurface coating line with inline inspectionAutomated surface coating line with pallet-based product transport, precision spray technology and inline surface inspection covering every part.View reference
