Special-purpose machines
Building special-purpose machines is one of the core activities of Robot-Service Kft. With our special-purpose machines and automated systems we reduce production costs, raise productivity and effectively address labour shortages.

When designing and building these machines we pay particular attention to precision, ensuring that our equipment integrates smoothly into the existing production environment while maintaining the highest level of quality. Our Budapest-based engineering team handles the whole process in-house, from the technical concept through mechanical and electrical design to PLC programming and commissioning.
Our own maintenance and service department ensures the long-term operation of the equipment we deliver, with planned preventive maintenance and fast troubleshooting.
Machine types
Assembly machines
One of the most complex machine categories: we build assembly machines combining many operations, often with integrated measurement for a more robust process.
Machining units
Drilling, tapping, thread forming, milling and deburring. Where the process requires it, we integrate emulsion or minimum-quantity lubrication and automatic chip conveyors.
Measuring and test machines
Camera, laser, scanner or tactile inspection and pressure-decay testing. Every measuring task is optimised using sample and limit parts.
Fixtures
Assembly, positioning, clamping, checking and measuring fixtures — from simple manual designs to sensor-equipped fixtures integrated into automated systems.
Laser marking and cleaning
Fiber, UV, hybrid and CO2 laser marking stations, and industrial laser cleaning that reaches bare metal without damaging the base material or requiring clean-up.
Robotic cells and machine-tending machines
Workstations built by integrating industrial and collaborative (cobot) robots. Flexible production cells for part handling, camera-guided placement (bin picking) and the automatic tending of injection-moulding and machining machines.
Feeding and palletising machines
Vibratory bowl, step, centrifugal or belt feeding systems, as well as product-specific sequencing, packaging and palletising equipment that ensures continuous, jam-free material supply to production lines.
Welding and joining machines
Ultrasonic, induction, resistance and laser welding machines, as well as other mechanical joining technologies (riveting, flanging, pressing). With integrated process monitoring and force–displacement measurement for stable joint quality.
AI-assisted optical inspection stations
Stand-alone or in-line visual quality inspection equipment. Beyond conventional camera-based measurements, we use artificial intelligence (deep learning) based image processing to detect surface defects, scratches or missing features.
Material handling and conveyor systems
Custom conveyor belts, roller tracks, pallet transfer systems and rotary tables that move the workpieces between the production phases automatically, with precise positioning.
Intelligent Industry 4.0 data collection stations
Special-purpose machines with an integrated sensor backbone that create a direct link between production and manufacturing execution / enterprise resource planning (MES/ERP) systems. Support for real-time OEE measurement, product traceability and predictive maintenance.
Special technologies
Plasma cleaning, bonding, paste dispensing, painting, flux coating — processes that do not fit into the more common categories.
