Custom laser engraving machine
We adapted our standard laser station to a custom electronics manufacturing task. The machine uses a Keyence laser, a Beckhoff PLC and servo drives.

Task and implementation
The customer's electronics manufacturing process required a laser station built on the foundations of our standard solution, yet adapted to specific operating requirements.
We adapted our existing platform to the customer's task. Laser processing is performed by a Keyence laser, with operation supported by a Beckhoff PLC and servo drives. Combining a standard base with a custom design allowed us to focus development on the specific production task.
The marking station is adapted to product handling
We solved the custom task by modifying our existing laser station. Alongside the Keyence laser, the Beckhoff PLC and the servo drives form the basis for control and motion. Development focused on the operation requested by the customer.
Technology
