Robot cells
Robot-Service Kft. builds turnkey robot cells and automated production lines, drawing on more than a decade of design and manufacturing experience and on the Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence background of ROBOMIND Systems. From the idea and 3D simulation to on-site commissioning, we support our partners in increasing efficiency and overcoming labour shortages.

We design every robot cell to the customer's specific requirements and technology, whether it involves integrating industrial robot brands (e.g. FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Yaskawa) or collaborative robots (cobots).
For us, robotisation does not stop at mechanical motion. Thanks to the technological synergy with ROBOMIND Systems, we equip our robot cells with intelligent functions:
AI-based visual quality inspection: machine vision and deep-learning-based defect detection on the production line.
Predictive maintenance and edge computing: real-time sensor data collection and condition monitoring to prevent unplanned downtime.
MES and ERP integration: seamless industrial communication (OPC UA, PLC connections) for full traceability.
Robot applications
Machine tending
Automatic loading and unloading of production machines with universal grippers or automatic tool change — often combined with additional process steps into a more capable cell.
Palletising
Proven solutions with stationary robots or robots travelling on a linear track, each with a task-specific gripper.
Pick and place
Handling applications as stand-alone cells or as part of a machine that performs another process — a robot gives designer and customer a high degree of freedom.
Collaborative robots
People and robots working side by side, with the robot taking over the strenuous work. We also help select suitable collaborative grippers.
Soldering, machining, deburring
Robotic soldering with numerous references, plus robotic machining and deburring for smooth, defect-free surfaces.
Linear tracks and cell components
Robot linear tracks developed in-house and sized for work envelope, payload, cycle time and service life; safety fencing, robot pedestals, conveyors, lift units, presses.
Material handling and palletising systems
Precise sequencing, loading and palletising of boxes, bags, trays or heavy workpieces with custom grippers.
Assembly and part-handling cells
Complex mechanical assembly processes, screwdriving and pressing, as well as bonding and paste dispensing technologies with precision path following.
AI-driven bin picking (bulk part feeding)
Robot cells supported by 3D camera systems and artificial intelligence that can recognise, pick out and feed in the correct orientation even parts supplied in bulk, in unstructured positions.
